Mr. Gary B. Smith – Mr. Smith has been a contributor to Fox News Channel’s “Chartman,” “Bulls & Bears” and “Your World with Neil Cavuto” since 1999. From 1997 through 2005 he had been a Contributing Editor for theStreet.com where he wrote a daily column on technical trading analysis and edited a daily trading newsletter.  In 2006, Gary co-founded Exemplar Capital Fund I LP a hedge fund that uses technically driven methodology to create long term value for its partners.  Gary is also a partner in Exemplar Partners, LLC, an Advisory Services firm that manages funds for its clients.  Gary has been an independent securities trader since 1985. Gary holds three degrees, a B.S. in Management Science and an A.B. in Economics from Duke University (1979) and an MBA from Lehigh University (1980).

On the personal side, he's been married pretty much all his adult life, has 2 daughters soon to graduate -- thankfully! -- college, and 3 dogs.  He's an avid cyclist, reformed golfer, and a renowned homebody!
