It may not appear so from my commentaries, but I really try to have a positive outlook. I guess after 20+ years of trading, though, I see dark when others see light. So be it, I guess: I'd rather miss an opportunity than be nailed with a ton of losses. I say all this because I surely missed Friday's move up. In fact, I not only missed it, but thought we'd be headed down. So, mea culpa. But, given that, I'm still not sold on the bull side. What I see is a market very overbought and now facing those old highs from a few months ago. In other words, I'm still worried...as usual.
As for last week, well, not terrible, but I've done better. Winners were BJ, ARO and SGMS. Losers were AFF, GEO, HELE, and NPK. PETD and NYT were fairly flat. |
