Brent, I get this question a lot because the author of that book is, indeed, Gary Smith.  However, it's a different Gary Smith.  But...in a great irony, if you look on the back cover, you'll notice none other than yours truly wrote a blurb for the book.  

So, there you have it: the only book with 2 "Gary Smith's" on the covers!
