You might guess by the title of this column that I don't have much to offer today.  At least in the way of picks.  However, I firmly feel "being in cash" is sometimes the best move one can make.  Especially so in this environment when you have a relatively strong up day, in the midst of a downtrend.  That's a recipe for overall choppiness, where no one wins except your broker!
